It is really not bad, at all. Lots of loli artists tend to draw grotesque faces to I presume mimic how real little girls are ugly, but this anime draws them cute, still, even if not generic safe loli concept art #89463

The latest episode of Princess Principal stuck out as really good, it was mostly the turn for an emotionally deep story that made it stick out. It was well enough put together in my opinion despite not really fitting with the rest of the episodes.
