What imageboard (or other type of site) has the best place for discussing politics? Desirable qualities in my opinion:
- lets people express unpopular views anonymously to shield them from politically motivated retaliation
- ideologically neutral moderation, nobody banned for having the wrong opinion, including "offensive", "subversive", and "degenerate" ideas
- high quality discussion, debating is done with arguments rather than memes

NPR's radioshow and their associated sites. Sure the show has a liberal bias but they will accept differing opinions and require that arguments that attempt to be factual are indeed backed up with facts.
