Yeah, in the final QA he mentioned 4chan generates ~40k ("low five figures") profit a year. I don't think he was desperate to sell, but given the situation I think I would have sold out at that amount.

Make a diversified portfolio of mostly blue chip stocks that pay dividends, easy as that. If market crashes hedge with short positions.
