2003-2004: tripfags
2005-2006: half of the good memories you have of 4chan
2007-2009: newfags
2010-2013: the other half good memories you have of 4chan
2013-2017: cancerfags
Would this be accurate?
In your opinion, what were the best and worst years for 4chan?
All of it is cancer. Why do you care so much about a website?
Who else here wants to circlejerk as an oldfag?
if no net neutrality means no more 4chan, then down with net neutrality

Why do you think broadcasting your contrived indifference makes you cooler than anyone else
>>1496640
Mad that my opinions carry just as much weight as yours?
>>1496636
I want to emulate oldfags to make them happy but there are no oldfags to emulate.
>>1496650
Not really I just wonder why all the "4chan was always shit" types stick around if they hate the site so much
>>1496671
Why does the "4chan used to be good" crowd still stick around if there's nothing of worth here

unusually accurate

good thing I still think 4chan is fine mang
I'm cancer that came in late 2011 so I can't comment. The horo picture with "your first year on 4chan" and "you on 4chan now" rings true, however.
Came mid 06 and it was bretty good. Probably the best times I could remember.
I would assume sometime before then to sometime after 2007 were the best years.
I only hope 4chan stops gaining people so everyone can get on the same page. Too many newfags replying to bait and shitting everything up.

The problem isn't newfags anymore. It's the kind of newfags 4chan's getting. People with cancerous mentality. They will shitpost no matter how old they get.
Threadly reminder that /pol/ is full of 50 year olds who heard about 4chan from Fox News.

>2005-2006: half of the good memories you have of 4chan
I lurked, mainly the good threads on 4chanarchive (RIP), so technically accurate.
>2007-2009: newfags
Das me I guess.
>2010-2013: the other half good memories you have of 4chan
Sure.
>2013-2017: cancerfags
GaymurGate, Trumpfags, everyone screaming shill, reddit, SJW, or /pol/ at the drop of a hat. Yea this seems about right.
>>1499655
>4chanarchive's replacement was a series of loosely functioning archives and reddit
>all those 50+ thread links i saved for another day to browse are no longer accessible and i missed out
this is some unbelievable suffering m8

Well shit.
All that time I've spent mocking and filtering them only to find this out.
They're still fags though.
