Hiro told us that we were allowed to have one thread per board about the board itself. But apparently that's not true anymore?

So when did the policy change? Did Hiro make an announcement that I missed? Does anybody have a link to the thread where Hiro said that we are no longer permitted to have any threads discussing the board?
