I'm doing no fap for a week now but last night I had a "wet dream" likely because my nuts are used to produce too much to hold without regular sexual relief
I don't want to go back to masturbating to prevent getting surprises while I'm sleeping though because I think masturbating is more harmful than occasional wet underwear
It's still very uncomfortable though so does anybody know how to stop wet dreams without regular masturbation?
>find a gf
Yeah I'm on it but maybe there is something else that could help
>>1486168
git gud at dreaming
also make sure you go piss before you fall asleep
>>1486172
>git gud at dreaming
Any advice on how to do that?
>also make sure you go piss before you fall asleep
Ok thanks, I'll do that
>>1486174
>Any advice on how to do that?
impossible to explain
I have this problem too. I find that avoiding drinking too much before sleeping causes it. I also find that after it happens once or twice it stops happening.

>I find that avoiding drinking too much before sleeping causes it
So you're saying you should drink more to prevent it and >>1486172 says you should have an empty bladder? That's a bit confusing
>I also find that after it happens once or twice it stops happening.
I've also experienced that when I went no fap before.
What bothers me though is that it's so unpredictable, even if it stops for a while, it's likely to return after 1-2 weeks
Back then I was on no fap for 6 weeks and had wet dreams 3-4 times and just said to myself fuck it I'm just going to fap again to prevent it and of course that meant complete relapse
nofap is a maymay
>>1486191
No it's very reasonable
If you always fap to porn, you suppress the neurological mechanisms that would press you to improve yourself in a way that would make women more likely to wanting to get intimate with you because you're always simulating sexual relief through the gratification system in your brain
If you want to have children and live a decent life, no fap is the way to go man

That's not a very reasonable statement

>So you're saying you should drink more to prevent it
Sorry, I mistyped. I meant to say that drinking too much before going to sleep causes it, so you should avoid it. As for it returning, I haven't found that. But I do find that I can't be bothered and usually find something to fap to when it happens.
Why even do nofap? Just crack one out every 2 or 3 days or something.

Maybe you should just learn some self restraint instead.

>>1486233
Why? I want to stop it completely for reasons I've already stated
Also if I didn't have any self restraint this whole no fap thing would be useless, the fact that I haven't fapped in 7 days and don't feel any urge to do it anymore is proof that I can restrain myself
>>1486260
Mods won't do their jobs on /qa/ because apparently it's not a real board.
>>1486231
I couldn't fap more than 2 times a day even if I tried, how the fuck do you do 6 times a day?
die no fap norms
>>1486876
He is a teenbro.
I'm living proof that nofap doesn't get you a gf........
At least I'll get to go to heaven.......

Imagine being this buttmad over threads you don't like
>>1487004
They will keep spamming until you lot fuck off.
>>1487004
Discussion is bad, 4chan is for shitposting only.
>>1487004
If you want kuso discussion, there are many different subreddits you could try out. /qa/ isn't one of them.
>>1487004
I am seriously disppointed by the "I am triggered therefore I exact blind conformity" mindset of the weeb part of the board. The day they propose argument supported by proposed logic is the day hell freezes over. Intellectualism with a capital "i" being displayed here, if I do say so myself.
>>1487030
Why do you feel authorized to suppress discussion you personally don't like.
Why do you think it is the right thing to do?
Obviously more than one person was willing to discuss the topic and considering the amount of people posting here that is more than enough to justify the existence of the thread.
Defending the board from spam is one thing but don't you think the threads you don't like can coexist with the threads you enjoy?
>>1487107
It doesn't belong here. There are several boards that allow and encourage similar topics and they all have more traffic and room for potential normalfag-discussions than this one.
>>1487115
Couldn't you say the same about /jp/ style threads?
/qa/ doesn't have an official topic, right?
>>1487213
Shit threads aren't a topic.
Mods delete the spam but not the cancerous blog thread. Wow.
>>1487942
So it comes down to you and your spin off bros don't like a thread therefore it doesn't belong on /qa/ therefore you spam it?
How is that different from a raid on /qa/?
Dumb thread
