I think it's a standard /pol/-themed infographic of questionable origin. The 972x1108 version is listed on google images as originating at 4plebs, which as you know is the biggest /pol/ archiver, which means it's from /pol/. No blogs or news sites of any partisan affiliation appear to have used the images, at least according to the top reverse image search sites, and the only mentions on twitter are from /pol/ themed accounts.

Mother Jones, being one of the most leftist of left-leaning opinion journals, I highly doubt they would ever categorize a racial breakdown of any crime by percentage of per-capita representation. While I will take for granted that the source of the figures does in fact come from Mother Jones and the US. Census, I have trouble believing they would compile the information in such a way to over-represent any specific racial group. Furthermore, it's foolish to drawn specific conclusions from one set of data without knowing all the variables that went into the data, such as country of origin of those surveyed and current disposition.
