It's the oldfag board.

In roughly 2011 moot sent an automated notification to all the IPs who accessed 4chan before new year's 2007 with a password too it. You can still get a password from the mods on IRC but you need to provide proof you've been here since before 2007, I'm not quite sure what because I've always had my password saved.

It's kind of 2006 /b/ with a dash of /a/, /v/ and /int/ before they all went to shit.
