I just ordered this, it's a multi-vitamin with over 75 ingredients, it has various plant extracts like Saw Palmetto extract or Ginkgo Biloba, in general stuff that's shown to block estrogen, increase testosterone, make your dick hard, or make you smart.
I have high hopes for this, looks at all this shit you can get in 1 pill.
I had no idea there was a recommended amount of copper ingestion.
I was thinking of getting something like this since I'm doing intermittent fasting but I'm too afraid of the snake oil jew.

Also, I personally see this stuff as a scam. Supplements come nowhere near replacing real nutrition from food, although it likely doesn't hurt.
The FDA and any other government or scientific body does not comment on these and there's no effective way to tell if they're "working" unless you had an iron deficiency or whatnot.
My supplements are too strong for you traveler.
You better go to a nutritionist who sells weaker pill stacks!

b vitamins do that
i literally take like 30 pills a day, i think i might just buy a couple of these stupid blends and take those instead. it's too much work and hard on my stomach, i literally have to eat a huge meal not to throw up

Just supplements or is medication included?
