Report them. I would bet the moon that /m/ users barely submit reports overall and then complain the mods do nothing. They're not going over every post in every thread otherwise they wouldn't need the system.

Even so though /m/ is usually quite topical and the concern is more about local trolling shits like zeta rager or that IBO guy, but it is hard to deal with people like them who make posts that don't particularly look off but are the same fucker doing /v/ type flamebaiting day after day.
