Fuck no, I find a way around it and I make a mental note that whoever owns that site is a giant cock who I wouldn't give a single penny to.
The correct way to handle it is to ask politely, and if I like their site then I'll disable it. Never if they actually block me from using the site though.

Let's not forget why adblockers even exist in the first place. If 15yrs ago all these sites didn't shove 10 flashing, moving, sound playing, pop-up windows down our throats all the time then adblockers wouldn't be as ubiquitous as they are now.

It's a like a bully who has to come groveling back to you on his knees years latter to ask you for a favor. I don't owe them shit.
