Would 4chan benefit from a "live" board alà /moe/?
what the flying fuck is a "live" board?

Lurk more and go back to Reddit.
>>1458901
I've never been to reddit...
>>1458899
No.
/moe/ is cancer and so are you.
Could someone fucking tell me what is a "live" board?
>>1458916
You can see posts appear as people type them, one word at a time.
>>1458919
oh wow that's sounds absolutely terrifying
>>1458920
It certainly is.
>>1458920
It's a fun unique experience.
Generals would love it, I'm sure.
But no, it doesn't fit on 4chan because it needs a small community. More than 3 people typing at once makes things very confusing.
>>1458920
i'd be willing to try it if people have to watch me solve the captcha
>>1459755
That could result in some funny moments where a large group of people happen to form a coherent message and could give another outlet for get posters.

Captcha (as 4chan uses it) and passes is why 4chan needs to die. I hope it stops adopting features from other boards so it eventually gets replaced.
What script do those live boards use?
>>1458899
I'd rather have the exact opposite.
Posts cannot be responded to for at least 24hrs after being posted.
@1461440
people would do what i'm doing right now.
I do it once in a while, but I can't usually tolerate "live" boards for very long.
It's nerve-wracking and you can only go back about 5-10 letters, or maybe it's dependent on time (I can't remember).
>>1458899
No. Most liveboards only function because they have tiny communities. On 4chans scale it would be a clusterfuck
Though I wouldn't mind seeing a live /b/ for an april fools or something
