Yes, yes, I'm quite the gym practitioner. Very important, it's like brushing my teeth except I do it 4 or 5 times a week for a total of 8-10 hours. Recently my chronic migraines came back so I'm having trouble with that. I usually get jellyfish injected into my head and neck for that but I missed my appointment and forgot about it because I've been having symptoms similar to Lyme disease. I got tested recently, I don't know the results. Probably negative.
