You know how ever since the elections, some people have been claiming that since 4chan is contrarian by nature, the site will turn more "leftist" with the Republicans in power again?
I used to dismiss those claims as wishful thinking, but in the past couple of months I started lurking /v/ again and it seems like anti-anti-SJW posts these days outnumber anti-SJW posts by a wide margin in my experience. And besides the "shut the fuck up about politics and just talk about fucking video games" crowd, I also noticed people making a fair amount of "leftist" posting on the board. Just the other day some guy called horseshoe theory bullshit and no one even bothered to call him out for being a dirty commie.
What do you guys think? Have you noticed anything? Is the pendulum swinging again?

You know I've always been confused about one thing, does the term boypussy refer to the dickhole or the butthole?

4chan is counterculture and the people in charge deserve to be rebelled against

The current left (resistance, #punchanazi etc) is too cringy and tea party-esque for 4chan to want to be associated with them. There would need to be a woman hating segment similar to the alt right for the whole site to get in on it. I have found that most political opinions on 4chan just come down to hating women or the inability to get women which is why misogyny and Nazism is so popular here.

>reeee 4chan was never political
False. 4chan gets really political every major election year, they're just so far spread out people forget about it (08 and 16). Just look at it, chanology, op payback, occupy wallstreet, o/b/ama, etc. 4chan was messing with politics before most message boards even had a political section.
