I talk alone, is it normal ?
It started two years ago, I started having speechs and arguments with myself, it could usually last up to an hour, and I talk out loud, like if I spoke to someone else. Yesterday, a girl friend of mine noticed and said I could come and talk to her if I needed help.
Am I a schyzo ? Do you or people you know do that ?

If you think you're actually talking to people then you might be loony. But you know you're talking to yourself so you're fine. There's this legend that talking to yourself is a telltale sign of mental illness but it's not.

I do it too. Don't worry about it but I live with my parents so they probably know it's kind of awkward
