i remember seeing someone threaten someone while saying they were a janitor, and when people discussed how that's not allowed and what to do he deleted his post

I accidentally posted a roulette on /a/ once and deleted the image immediately afterwards but still got banned. Oddly enough: the ban was for the remainder of the day, which was 2 hours.

Posts that get deleted are removed from the DB afaik.

Can you report all the posts you want or there is a time to wait? I remember having to wait between each post but now I use dashchan and if I report post after post it says 'sent succesfully'

Did it change or is it a dashchan error?

There is a time between reports, not sure what it is off the top of my head. If you're unsure whether a report went through, you can check by opening the native report dialog; if you've reported it already, it will say so.
