What's the metaphysics of entertainment?
How do you categorize it?

It's a matter of perspective. In ancient Greece there were a lot of philosopical theories concerning the meaning of existence. The Cyrenaic sect believed that pleasure (namely physical) was the highest experience one could have. Others viewed worldly pleasure as a distraction, and thought that one should aim for temperance and moderation in all things (similar to the Middle Way in buddhism). I think the answer depends mainly on your beliefs. Entertainment is either a distraction from your life's work (higher purpose) or a form of living life to the fullest. Overall, I would say to do what you enjoy doing but not to the point that it interferes with other aspects of life.
the entertainment that can be analyzed is not the true entertainment
Entertainment is distraction, that's it.

Again, it depends on the nature of the entertainment. If you are talking about a superficial and temporary sense of happiness then yes, entertainment of any sort offers this. In film and literature we identify with the characters and "live" through them for a short while. I wouldn't call this true happiness though.
Some people like the attention that comes with being a victim.
A diversion.
