Does anyone even talk about manga on /a/? Is it all relegated to one big manga thread?

there are manga threads, there's usually up to 15 up on the catalog, just usually they get to 100-200 posts and wither unless they're shounen battle manga or popular romantic drama ntr shit
anime is definitely a lot more popular though and there seems to be 1 or 2 threads up for every currently airing show just checking right now

I'd sat that's higher than normal for most manga.

There will never be another hobby board.
It'll just be variations on the activist flavor.

Ongoing manga with enough people reading it gets regular discussion, reply count varies though. Old powerhouses like Berserk and HxH get discussed regardless, and favourites like Blame!.
