Why has the culture of image sharing going extinct on 4chan?

For me, it was a combination between getting used to using dedicated image uploading websites and getting a desk job.

Instead of using the thread as a way to advertise your post, use the image as the backbone of your post.
Take a piece of art you found and think about how you can get people to pay more attention to it. Make threads revolve not around the image.
