Honest question: do most of you actually know how to write what you're saying? And are you taught any rules in school? Because I've been learning French for some time and I find it so extremely random it's starting to annoy me. I found German extremely easy in comparison. And consider my native language is Spanish, so everyone tells me I should hate German and French should be a walk in the park.

Don't listen to them. Everyone says Russian is even harder than German but it to is harder than french in my opinion purely due to french spelling not matching the pronunciation much of the time (even after you learn all the rules to french pronunciation).

the only people who say french is easy to learn are people who have never had to learn it as an adult

My advice is to look on sites where people traveling go to find connection and people in your country. Find some french people in your country to practice with.

If you even find someone willing to give you lessons, tell them you want to focus solely on speaking/listening to french. Reading and writing you can do on your own.

There is no one here who speaks French but I tracked so people down and even 1 person to speak with if far better than none

>tfw Russian is a far harder language than French yet through self study I learned more Russian in 1 year than I did in my 5 years of mandatory French

If the government hadn't ruined the education system, pupils could have been taught enough of two different languages to get by. Instead they learn virtually nothing of one language for 5 years.
Thanks for making education "accessible", great job Labour.

She's speaking fast and not really articulating. She's still easily understandable, but Estrosi is VHS school-learning material.

Since his voice is more impactful, consonants are easier to hear for an foreign ear.

I used to be quite good at French. In Ireland, you have to learn English, Gaeilge and a European language in order to pass the leaving cert (equivalent to the SATs or the BAC) . I chose french because i hated how spanish sounded.

Irish is actually fairly similar to most European languages. It follows a similar structure to Latin because the rules of the language were written out by christian monks. Most Irish people have at least a little Gaeilge. It comes in handy when you don't want foreigners to follow what you're saying.

Des capitalistes sans prétentions idéologiques ou identitaires, je crois qu'ils vendraient le Québec aux globalistes.

John Paul II is the best. Several exorcists say that the Devil hates him very much because he brought Catholics together, especially the young. Whether you believe that or not, he was a true Polish saint. So if you are a leftist, how do you feel in Poland? I guess if you're just an "economy" leftist you'd be alright there, although most leftists want their abortion, gay rights, euthanasia, etc. and from what I've read, Poland is the least likely country to turn radically left, right?
