Yes, there are muslims who do not harbor hatred for everything non-muslim. I am the living proof of that. But, the problem is that we are a very rare breed. Most of my Muslim friends are religiously very moderate. They are passionate, kind and are not hostile toward other cultures (except the Jews, but you sometimes find Muslims who distinguish between Jews and Zionism; they accept the first and condemn the other).
However,there is an innate xenophobia provoked by a zealous attachment to Islam as the only viable truth. This animosity towards everything non-muslim surfaces once one of them is put in a foreign environment. Many of my moderate friends have turned into ISIS sheeple once they migrated to the west.
I really sympathise with all the Europeans who let the refugees into there lands. Muslims should only live in Islamic countries. To put them in foreign lands is a recipe for disaster. Shit, they can't even coexist with other Muslims who have a slightly different interpretation of Islam.
Also ask a Muslim who is disgusted with the conduct and mentality of other Muslims anything.

Not just the Saudis, all of the rich golf states contribute to this. Before the petrol/oil boom in the gulf, most Muslims around the world were quite moderate and a significant portion were not even practicing. Religion was just a cultural thing then. But the after the gulf got rich, Wahhabism spread like fire in the Arab world. Rich Emeers backed and funded Muslim radical "thjinkers" like Sayed Qotb and Al Afghani; two pivotal names responsible for the advent of the Islamic terrorism we know of today.
