Black people underperforming does not mean that a test is "racist." Physical requirements for the military are not sexist because men are simply more qualified. There are differences between races and sexes. Blacks are simply not as intelligent as whites or asians. Women are not as strong as men. Whites are not as quick as blacks. Facts aren't racist.

I feel the need to point out the phrase "blacks are not as intelligent as whites or asians." This does not mean that between two otherwise identical people, the white one will be smarter than the black one by virtue of him being white.

It means that on average, blacks are more likely to be stupid than other races. There can easily be black people who are smarter than 99% percent of the population, but it is far less common.
