i've always wondered what the protocols are for all the businesses that deal with cash or merchandise. Do they evacuate everything. For example a bank with safety deposit boxes, is all the money taken out prior to flooding? Why aren't there any craftyanons that take a few kayaks, snorkeling gear, and underwater welding equipment and just go to town on the local businesses?
