Yes, after high school I volunteered in Senegal for a year. I did a lot of work to help people but also ended up knee deep in local pussy. It was never my plan but imagine you're a khv fresh out of high school and suddenly ladies are coming up to you like "Hey white boy!" and all flirty and forward. It wasn't like that was my goal, I just had ladies interested in me often and being inexperienced and dumb (and young) I didn't figure to stop and ask them if we were being safe or what the consequences might be. They didn't care and wanted to go, so I managed to not care. As you might guess though, overtime some of the ladies got pregnant and some tried to hang onto me with ideas of marrying or coming to live in the US. A big part of why I felt so bad leaving, but had to.

As for single mothers you'd be surprised, just because they're black doesn't mean they all act the same way as American blacks. They're much more family oriented and traditional in many ways. It's just that, whites are an uncommon enough thing there for some. None of the women or kids actually need my help and have the help of family and such, I just support them out of guilt. If I could I'd be back there all the time to see them or at least the kids and try to be there but I can't obvious. Honestly given the option, for their sake I might even live there if I could. I'm sure there's some guys who could go to a place only for sex tourism and not care about leaving anything behind and never think of it again, but not me.
