The social housing doesn't necessarily have to be commieblocks. Sometimes it's just small houses sort of like "council houses" in Britain. But it also creates out-of-place situations, where you can have a 100% trash family just out of the ghetto who suddendly get to live in a nice house in a quiet village. As you might guess though, they never change their ways. In a way, it sort of debunks the "social environmental" excuse leftists have for dysfunctional people.
