TL;DR My parents ruined my life and especially my childhood, I grew up poor and am still poor. I've lost my ability to work or being productive, I have depression and anxiety, probably gonna off myself sometime in the future.
Proposal: Parents should be accepted to have a child, their mental and financial history should be looked at. Think about it, we don't even trust people with money, you need to get accepted for loan.If people need to be accepted to have money, they should be background checked before putting life into this world.

start exercising. cut out all the shit food you are probably eating. Set a strict limit on lights off/bedtime. Do this for a couple months to get momentum. then you can move on to the next phase, which moves you toward getting a job.
