A nuke is a horrible idea for reasons that should be pretty obvious (unless you're a turbo brainlet), but dropping some conventional bombs and having them blow up mid-air should destabilise the thing and likely make it dissipate.

However, if this isn't standard course of action, there's gotta be a reason.
Either the idea doesn't work for some reason, or the kikes in charge profit from hurricanes.
