Democracy could never work well in a free society. It's a basic principle of economics that people act in their own self interest, so its retarded to think that they would vote against that for the betterment of society.
Democracy leads to leftists bribing people to vote for them with gibmedatz, which in turn gives the government more power.
For democracy to work well, we would need a homogeneous and like minded population. Obviously this would need to be heavily regulated by the government, so fuck that.

Democracy is a marketplace of lies and that applies to both sides of the political spectrum, not just leftists doing it
>For democracy to work well, we would need a homogeneous and like minded population
so you're saying that for democracy to work we need to resurrect the aryan race with selective breeding and having a propangada machine making propaganda?

Right, this is our major enemy in the modern world. Take away democracy and you take away the power of the mass media. We're through the looking glass with democracy - literally any other form of government would get better results for a while, and a genuinely better form of government would get better results indefinitely.
We have to strike democracy down for good.
Monarchy>Democracy is the objectively correct position

To put it more simply, democracy or any form of collective sovereignty has a fundamental and unresolvable principal-agent problem. Tragedy of the commons yadda yadda. The state needs to be a "privately owned institution" so that the collection of rents is matched to an interest in the developments of the country's assets.

athenian democracy was a superior oligarchal system

Well that's why 'Merica is a Constitutional Republic w/ a unique Checks & Balance system. Unfortunately (((they))) are trying to force this two-party dichotomy system on the masses.

All systems of Government become democratic at some level.
Even the most powerful dictators will have a team of advisors they listen too.
Every citizen getting a vote seems to be your issue here, not so much democracy itself.
>>140345282
limiting how many people can vote will clean democracy up.
the citizen/civillian model is a good working example. rights like voting are earned by service to the nation

Is this good reading?

What I had in mind was the ABSENCE of government.

Yea democracy is terrible... much rather gulags and banana republics, thats where progress is at.. right comrades ?

or rather an equillibrium state of capacity to murder, such that the premise of aggression is an unthinkable folly.
