The EM drive is turning real

This is a red board which means that it's strictly for adults (Not Safe For Work content only). If you see any illegal content, please report it.

TV shows are picking it up. The world will change, soon citizens of Chad will build EM drives out of trash cans, strap them to their bikes and fly straight to Europe.

>>140318323
That could be better than starting the rumor that there is gold inside mines if they dismantle them.

I have been following this thing for a long time. Last I heard is NASA's eagleworks lab found thrust but still can't identify it as bullshit or not.

The Chinese began working on it too, and they REFUSE to speak about it anymore.

Not sure you quite understand, in a vacuum a small amount of force increases speed exponentially. Currently the only means we have to move in a vacuum is a sort of newtonian dumping of fuel - pushing the ship forward. This requires huge amounts of fuel on board which is expensive to get into space, expensive to make and also has a finite limit.

Put some """solar sails""" or some other gimmick on the ship with an """em drive""" and you're smooth sailing. I highly doubt any of it actually works though.

Its because its in the wrong shape. The reason why theyre trying to cover up the EM drive because it proves its really not hard to make a craft can accelerate and move much faster than a rocket.

Also i dont recommend going around and posting about propulsion, related experiments, or pushing the em drive just yet. I admitted to wanting to do some experiments by making a device i though of similar to an em drive that i know will work better....Wound up with missing time sunday morning a week later. Also receieved really fucking weird messages

Also right after i mad a PoF account i got a message from a woman with a weird face ( reminded me a bit of those nord faces) and i asked her what she up to to which she replied "Looking at ufos on youtube". Something i do quite a bit. I found it a pretty surreal coincidence.

Think of it like this. Have u seen the photos of flying saucers? The videos of how they move, accelerate, and turn at completely 90 degree angles doing thousands of mph. How could this be possible? Only if gravity were no longer a factor right?

One of the special properties of electrons is they carry rotational force and are able to impart that force (this is why u have electric motors). Why is is it so hard for monkeys to believe that gravity too can be manipulated>?

>>
>>140324959
Are you having a fucking stroke?
>>
>>140324969
Yeah. People expect combustion type generation of force, but that's really just not how it works. Look at how the EM drive works, and then read up on the Shkadov. Literally the same principle. It needs to be retested in microgravity or in actual cosmic space to get rid of gravity induced friction.

Yeah if u want to know im about 100% sure i was abducted because i came to in the wrong position with what looked and felt like thermal paste on my hand which was the only part of my body touching itself...which leads me to believe they break u down with a laser, remove you via quantum space/foam and then check you out in their ship in orbit.

This is right when i knew something was fucked. I lived in shitty apartments and it takes the water about 5 mins to run warm. Also my heart burn was gone and that shit takes FOREVER to go away.

Think about it and come to the only logical conclusion since ive never had this happen before, was around the time of my posting about proposed experiments, and i dont have any brain issues it can only be one thing really.

Electrical propulsion will never give decent thrust. Never ever. You get to choose between normal chemical rockets and nuclear rocket engines if you want to go anywhere within a reasonable time scale.

Electrical and magnetoplasmadynamic propulsion is fine for course correction and unmanned probes but little else.

In vacuume there is no resistance so you can work with small thrust and because large distance its better to use more efficient weaker engines but you still need to put it in orbit through conventional rocket and if em drive needs nuclear reactor to power it, which needs fuel, then it may be better, because mass and simpler, to use chemical engine

When i tell a todler not to touch the stove...i tell them its because its hot and will hurt them so they understand why I am telling them and they understand the importance of my speaking with them. In addition what toddler doesnt turn around and ask 'why?'.

What do you tell the kid then huh? "Son you cant touch that pan because if you do you might learn to cook and possibly end up burning yourself and oh yeah THE ALIENS SAID SO"

Thats weak as fuck. Im sure some in society would be bewildered and terrified by the truth and maybe even surprised but its a surprise that can be gotten over. Additionally if you are saying
"We cant tell you about us or the technology we dont let you have because youll just hurt yourself" then an example or reason should be provided. A good one would be like "you monkeys cant have real spacecraft because last time you ruined your fucking planet, had to build this huge space station, and brainwash the truth out of everyone.

Something like i could get behind but even then im sure there are certain individuals who could handle it and the responsibility of maintaining a spaceship.

>>
>>140327750
The image used by the media is backwards. flip the cone around and you have the correct design. The microwaves are emitted into the pointy end of the cone. It doesn't look cool at all, and the way all of the mainstream media is covering it and playing dumb makes assume that the goobermint doesn't want anyone to figure out that we can do all kinds of shit with vacuum tech. Normies would fume if they knew how much science and technology is kept from them. I don't consider myself a normie and I RAGE at all the bullshit that I'm not allowed to see or know about.
The EM Drive is an absolute misnomer too. It ought to be called the Vacuum Drive or the Ether Drive. Nearly any polarized wave can press on vacuum space. If theres a redpill here, its the concept of using other dimensions to shift energy into different forms. Electricity into thrust isn't too old of an idea, this is using a middleman to ramp up the efficiency :)
>>
>>140328439

Light, sound, etc. all boil down to the same thing. It is our perspective and biology that make us perceive them as we do.

take this retard for example. you have a great thread about a potential earth shaking technology that would result in a huge leap in space exploration but retards like him who want attention come here and say they were abducted by fucking aliens or whatever and derail the thread and remind you the em drive is probably fucking nothing.
>>
>>140328310
Thats because the board is filled with "slide threads" now. Legitimate spooky shit was being posted, and people were starting to get serious about meeting and investigating wooded area or mountains where other anons had said some shit had gone down.
After this started ramping up so did the slide threads. The cia/nsa/etc post bull shit threads to keep the real ones bumped off.

If you go actually look in one of those threads its a bunch of nonsense comments like a program is doing it.

Additionally it works 2 fold because now unless youre really good at telling which stories are bullshit you are just going to assume they are all a LARP.
Its the way theyre written and much up to other ascribed phenomenon that make them feasible.

The EM drive is a shitty meme that doesnt work. We already have stuff that can turn electrical power into thrust, we dont use them though as the are have a horrible thrust to mass ratio. The "revolutionary" thing about the EM drive is the resonant cavity, that is claimed to make thrust out of nothing. The very fishy thing about this is that it doesnt work in a vacuum and the generated thrust can be chalked up to the thing heating up and making slight currents in the air, causing a beyond gentle breeze. Its just a cause of the popsci media with there "journalism" degrees wanting the next big scoop or parroting another article and not doing any research.

electrostatics is something else completely. This involves active exchange. The cone just gets hot from microwaves and efficiency drops. Electrostatic fields are discharged as far as i know in the EM Drive. Right now the top engineering problems are:
>cooling
>cone dimensions vs thrust
>max wattage

Nobody wants to test this thing at super high voltage yet and over a dozen designs have been used, finding a cone with a "soft", nubby end VS a pointy or flat end works best.

What is an electrostatic platform? Like the TR3B UFO? (I've seen two of them, I don't know how they work)

This is interesting way of looking at it. Do you have any information on waves and vacuums? How would you know that?

My idea was that the radio waves being pushed a certain way creates a field that reduces mass and some of the waves are strong enough to create a force. I think the cone shape is why it doesnt work as well. Wrong shape.

His death gave the story of his invention more depth and was meant to mirror the theme for that episode.

New discoveries/inventions can change everything and thrust humanity forward, but also bring great new dangers.
The Epstein drive opened up the solar system to humans, but also accelerated the cold war, and ultimately led to humans nearly being wiped out.
Likewise the protomolecule has the potential to open up the galaxy or more to humans, but at a cost that is perhaps too high.
There's a little bit of classic "creation turns against creator" as well.

Plus it's just a generally tragic story that he invented something so awesome, but never lived to reap the rewards or see how his work changed the world.
Much more dramatic and interesting than "super smart guy invents super engine and gets super rich".

I have a background in physics and radio. The best I can do is suggest you read up on newtonian physics (pushing, pulling) and then move over to Maxwellian stuff (influence, fields, forces, waves).

If you're just casually interested, give up. The internet is controlled through by kike shills. Nobody can decide when NASA is testing the drive and every year its "new" apparently, even though I heard about this shit in 2002. Pic related: Youtube jews got millions of views and haven't produced a single NASA official on camera yet about the project...fifteen years after lil ol me heard about it...

We are already using Ion thrusters, thing is they accelerated at a speed of 0.00001 km/h per week.

So if you dont give them initial thrust with a rocket and some gravity around the earth they are doing nothing, not for the next 2000 years.

The good thing is as long as there is electrical power, they are going to be working.

I think electrostatic are better than the EM drive
Its fucking nuts too. I have an electrostatic filtration panel for my hvac. Its not even difficult to understand.

Basically the way i understood it from the US PATENT is that there are electrostatic line charges set at specific angles which again creates the waveform field i mentioned earlier and nullifies gravity.

After gravity is nullified it looks like it has some other em drive type deal on the bottom? Also there was a lot more to it than that and it included pages of formulae of which i think most are incorrect.

In order to secure the patent the exact mathematics need not be present.

>The test campaign consisted of a forward thrust element that included performing testing at ambient pressure to establish and confirm good tuning, as well as subsequent power scans at 40, 60, and 80W, with three thrust runs performed at each power setting for a total of nine runs at vacuum.
>Although this test campaign was not focused on optimizing performance and was more an exercise in existence proof, it is still useful to put the observed thrust-to-power figure of 1.2 mN∕kW in context.
>The 1.2 mN∕kW performance parameter is over two orders of magnitude higher than other forms of “zero-propellant” propulsion, such as light sails, laser propulsion, and photon rockets having thrust-to-power levels in the 3.33–6.67 μN∕kW (or 0.0033–0.0067 mN∕kW) range.

No, the electrostatic field contains enough energy to repel the water enough to cancel out the force of gravity. You can think of it like sliding a ball down a wall, vs sliding a ball down down a womans face. The wall has no reason to be repelled by the ball, but the womans face will react to get away from the balls with as much energy as possible.

>tl;dr electrostatic fields are basically your sci fi force fields
