Basically some illegals technically pay SOME taxes. Here is how it works, illegal immigrants will use a stolen SSN when getting a job and filling out a W2. They will claim a very high number of exemptions on their W2, this means that they federal government will not take anything from their paycheck in income taxes, they will only collect the 7.65% for FICA taxes.

Basically, if you claim 0 or 1 exemption, the feds withhold more than your total annual tax bill, so at the end of the year when you do your tax filing you get a refund from them. If you claim 2+ exemptions, the feds take less per paycheck than the sum of what you owe for the year, so at the end of the year when you file your tax return you owe them money.

You can see what they do here then, they simply steal a SSN and claim a high number of exemptions, so the only payroll taxes they actually end up paying are 7.65% for FICA. Some might do the right thing and actually pay the proper amount but I doubt it, and can't find any numbers on it.

Also, there are millions of illegals who are simply paid under the table and are never properly processed as employees.

So when people say "illegals pay taxes" they mean that some illegals might pay FICA after using a stolen SSN. Even if these low wage workers paid all of their taxes, they would still end up receiving more in government benefits through things like welfare programs, in state tuition, etc.

Taxes that illegals pay indirectly: property taxes (because renting property provides income for the landlord, who in turn, pay the property taxes.

Taxes that "could" be paid by illegals theoretically (but really aren't):
i. Income Taxes. One can apply for a tax id number other than a social security number. Illegals don't to this, because they're too stupid to fix my Big Mac correctly. They're not fucking filling out paperwork with the IRS. (Also, it would put them on the radar for ICE)

ii. Payroll taxes. Whatever an employee gets paid, the employer pays a portion too. An American employee costs an employer about 140% of his salary - because of all the taxes and regulations. However, most illegals are paid 'under the table' so that employers don't have records of having hired illegals. Also, illegals are more likely to be workers than have a 'career' with a steady paycheck.

Conclusion: Illegals "paying taxes" is a fucking lie.

You are correct again man. Back in the early 2000's I live in the Tri Cities TN. I knew a cop that worked in Kingsport and around that time they were really smashing down on drunk drivers. They'd set up roadblocks and bust stupid schlubs that were driving around drunk. Cool with me, cause I don't drink and drive, but the cop proceeds to tell me how pissed off and frustrating it was to deal with the Mexicans. Apparently, they had direct orders that if they caught an illegal drunk driver during their round ups, that they were to let them go. He said he had to release tens of them. Another incident that I know of myself was fairly recent. My son in law was out one night around this time last year, about 8-9 pm at night. He was sitting at a red light and a beaner ass ended his truck, threw his car in reverse and sped off. SIL was like, fuck that, and took off after the beaner. The beaner turned into a trailer park and slammed his car into park and ran into the trailer. SIL calls the cops and sits outside waiting for them.
