If you want to retire somewhere cheap, retire in Eastern Europe.

1. Lotsa white people
2. Their currencies are just as fucked up as Latin America's
3. Proximity to Ukraine means proximity to sex slaves, if you're that unscrupulous
4. Nice weather meant for White people, no need for A/C
5. Not as likely to get BTFO. Muslims pass right over it due to lack of gibs, and there aren't any natural disasters in the region.

I'd go for Poland, or for Croatia if you're on a budget.

That's only if you want to live in crime-ridden hellholes like El Salvador, Guatemala, or Honduras. Costa Rica, Panama, and Belize are all relatively safe because of their lack of major cartels. MS13 and MS18 operate in the El Salvador/Honduras/Guatemala/Belize region (northern Central America), so that's why they're so dangerous. Though they mostly murder Mayans in Western/Southern Belize, so stay near Belmopan and you SHOULD be fine.
