According to worldhunger.org, there are 800m people who are malnourished in the world. This means that $30bn would give each malnourished person $37.5.

Considering supply and demand, the extra demand of food would drive prices up, so it would not be unfeasible to say that this $37.5 would cover just one week's worth of food. With 52 weeks in the year, this gives a total cost of $1.56tn (or double the US defense budget).

Furthermore, as we know wars are one of the main drivers in poverty and hunger, the lack of the US Army, Navy and Airforce stabilizing north and central Africa, the middle east, India and Pakistan, Asia, and eastern Europe, would likely cause conflict and therefore a rise in the number of malnourished people. So it wouldn't be ridiculous to say the cost (per year) could rise to $2tn.

If hunger was solved as a world issue by spending $2tn per year, one would expect the birth rate to explode, further straining food production, and raising the cost of the relief effort to those who can't grow or afford their own food.

Tl;Dr, it would be prohibitively expensive and cause more problems than it solves to feed a few starving niggers.

World hunger is the end result of governments being too corrupt to protect their citizens.
Take Zimbabwe, they kicked out/killed all of their farmers, and then entered a period of famine. You can't save those kinds of people with money. They have and always will be too stupid to govern themselves.

If you gave them food, they would probably use it to train more soldiers. If you gave them money, they would use it to buy weapons. You cannot help these people no matter how much you give them.

The real lesson from the last 50 years of post-colonial aid is that niggers starve because they're fucking retarded. It's not that they don't have food - Africa is the most resource rich continent - it's that they destroy everything they touch and require the west to help them survive.
