One good person on the drive through window is worth 2-3 stupid high school niggers.
One good person doing grill + some prep is easily worth 2-3 stupid high school niggers.

There was a white 19-year-old girl and an old Mexican dude who fit these roles respectively, and I constantly gave them raises while I was there and let them get as many hours as they wanted. They were invaluable.

Fast food places need to focus on rewarding their MVPs and cutting retard hours, because they're extremely good to have profit-wise.

I've recently just graduated from University, and I worked all kinds of part time and full jobs during that duration.

All of them harder than being a burger flipper and none of them netted me 15$ an hour.

>worked at lowes building materials for 1.5 years, stocking and loading concrete, drywall, lumber, shingles in a very fast pace for 8-10 hours a shift at a very fast pace the whole duration with never any break outside of lunch, 10.44$ an hour.
>Unskilled construction work out in the hot texas sun pickaxing, shoveling, hauling, cleaning for 9-13$ at best (the 13$ was of course at the university that can afford to pay us well since its both publicly and privately funded)

The fuck do these people think they deserve 15$ an hour? I can possibly see that some employers should strive to pay at least a little better than minimum wage, as 9-10$ an hour over 7.50$ is slightly more sustainable, but my god.
