Baby boomers had a fairly easy go of it during a period of high wages and low inflation. High schools of the time also failed to teach them the ability to critically analyze, and this alongside many boomers steadfast refusal to adapt to modern technology means that they're too functionally retarded to realize many of their ideas and beliefs about the world and how it works haven't been valid for at least two decades.
