Of course not. Ggiving low IQ people political power is lunacy.
Plus, the elected officials are only good at fooling said low IQ people and not running a nation.

I, myself am struggling to find benefits, but ofc will listen attentively to anyone who could provide reasonable upsides, not counting bullshit like you can criticize the government.

I hate how as I child I was always taught that democracy was synonymous with goodness and freedom.
