On the heals of banning VPN's, China now have banned people from posting in online fora with a identifying themselves. They are accomplishing this by forcing online forum providers to request mobile phone number verification from all its users, before posting privileges are granted -- phone numbers that are all tied to citizens' I.D. cards.

Clearly, this is being done to filter all extramural, factual information from seeping into the country -- that which may contradict the nationalist propaganda line that China has and will increasingly tow; once their economic bubble pops (and the Nork distraction that they've been so impotent in 'handling' is revealed as their proxy), and the predictable militaristic recourse is availed.
This is a text book tactic of communist regimes--when they are about to go on the offensive. With ICANN, too, now effectively controlled by the chinks, there is little to stop all nations from censoring the Internet and thereby re-introducing pre-Internet-era-like constraints on information. From here, the false flag war sky is the limit...
