Well, the definition of racism is the belief that one's own racial group is superior or that a particular racial group is inferior to the others. If you acknowledge that Whites or East Asians are more intelligent and civilized than Black Africans, you're technically racist. However, there's nothing wrong with being racist. Being rational/racially conscious will result to racist thoughts or beliefs.
