Businesses that have racist or sexist hiring practices. Google does it because they'd prefer diversity over qualified candidates. Canada and South Africa have affirmative action part of their legislation.

My opinion however is let the business do what they want to do though. If they're openly doing immoral things, let the community decide whether to boycott them and run them out of business, rather than let government come in and intervene.
