One L. Goh (Korean) who shot up the college in Oakland. Nathaniel Fryberg (native) who shot up that school near Seattle. Gang Lu (Chinese), who shot up the University of Iowa in the early 90's. The Nigerian guy who tried to shoot up Appalachian State University but was stopped before he carried out most of his plot.

Internationally, there have been a bunch of school massacres in nonwhite countries like Nigeria, Kenya, Pakistan, etc.
