I've drank tap for my entire life, and have been drinking alcohol daily for 5 straight years. My mother is a blood technician at a hospital and does my blood work herself because she does it for free. My estrogen and test levels are completely within normal bounds. When I was in the military, they do blood work once a year during a check up, and usually give you the results if you go in and ask. Learn how to grow and "can" veggies. Growing up on a farm with a huge garden, I did. You use mason jars which are sterile glass. You can pack veggies for a decade like this and they retain their nutrients and flavor. Also, using a freezer w/ freezer bags is a great option, especially if you have a generator to keep the freezer going. The coldness of the freezer ensures the plastic of the bags stays absolutely stable and harmless, if you're worried about it.
