I find French easy as hell to pronounce because it's very lazy. It skims over a lot of letters and doesn't have many verb tenses. Spanish is such a high energy language, it's very percussive, I just find it more difficult to physically speak. Every single word is two syllables. Every French word is one syllable but 6 letters.

Other Cubans (older generations) and Spaniards are capable of higher level conversation, I have found, but citizens of other Latin American countries, by and large, do not seem inclined to have a deep conversation. Also, I am deeply frustrated by the lack of technical vocabulary in Spanish as compared to the Germanic languages. For example, there is no distinction between the concept of venomous and poisonous in Spanish, like in English. Also, Colombian women are the hottest in the region, but the dumbest as well, and I've had a lot of experience with Central Americans from isolated mountain villages.

The langauges to learn are Latin, Greek Hebrew, then choose a germanic language which will help you with your English as it's a germanic langauge itself.
