In regards to repopulation, the land would probably stay under military occupation for some time after the fall of the soviets. But, Hitler had immense amounts of propaganda and even facilities pushing german women to have dozens of children. The east would be like the colonies of the new world, start off with a few colonists settling coasts, rivers, estuaries and optimal places for cities and through time attract migrants (and in an authoritarian regime, you can skip the whole attract part and just send people packing)

When the kid found out he went absolutely nuts, like certifiably crazy mental breakdown. He had to leave the camp for psychiatric treatment, worst part was after he took a shower and went to leave he stepped in the jizz shoes and also like 6 of my friends I never saw again because they got kicked out.
