Portugal and Spain were united for like 3 times in history and galicians, catalans, asturians, andalucians, valencians, basques, castillians and leonese have their own culture while also being spaniards. Andalucia is fine, they are generally poorer than the rest but they can manage. The ammount of money currently invested is for infrastructure. Franco never industrialized the south. And the process takes time.

Yes. Before the first spanish republic was stablished, they searched for multiple people to become king of Spain (we had the son of the italian king as our king but he stepped down after some years). The provisional government first asked the Portuguese king if he wanted to take the spanish throne and he declined. That government wanted so badly to unite Iberia.

There are no organized Portuguese Identitarians.
There might be lots of Falangists in Spain, people sing "Cara al Sol" in the open, but here there's nothing.

We are not a very proactive people so the few "identitarians"/Salazarists/Fascists/Monarchists are waiting for someone who is charismatic enough to take the first step and create a credible group.
