I don't know but we had a thread about converting to Judaism a few months ago and I'm thinking about it just to obtain an Israeli passport. According to what I read in this thread it's actually not that complicated. Most branches of Judaism make it extremely hard or even impossible to convert, but many Reform synagogues can be hit or miss. One guy reported that he simply called his local Reform synagogue and asked to convert, they said yes, he went and filled the paperwork, and that was it. Once you are Jewish you are eligible to claim an Israeli passport, all you need to do is go to Israel to personally collect it, then you're good to go. In the Textus Receptus the word is Strong's number G1818. In Genesis 3 the word beguiled is also used. It makes sense to translate it to beguiled in this context.
