" I was told that I am "gross" and less than human today simply for expressing some opinions and for being a white man. I said that I don't believe that all cops and military are evil racists and that I believe every individual has the opportunity to make themselves something through the virtue of their actions. I was dismissed simply for being white and called a racist. This came from people that I was friends with in high school.
I'm so infuriated. I am not a racist. All I said was that people are in charge of their own lives and that cops are not racists and I was called a monster. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe this level of horrid propaganda. They looked at me as though I was another species. One of the women even said. "I'm so glad I'm dating a brown man." I mean how fucked is that? I don't give a shit who she's dating, but the fact that she felt the need to go out of her way to clarify that her partner was not white and that she was happy about it is kind of fucked.
Anyway, just needed to rant and I didn't know where else to go.
