You can't force a population of educated people to have more children just because an uneducated population far outnumbers it, that is just not right... What will happen to the middle income Americans that can only afford to raise two children in the household? That would only cause more poverty.

Let the population of whites increase gradually and naturally, or perhaps encourage it through political action, or stay the same, but don't let massive floods of foreign populations intervene or interact with you at all.

I'm of the opinion that non-Anglo's are not western anyway. At the minimum they should be of Teutonic stock, southern Europeans are not western. Furthermore, while the cultureal history of the west is from continental europe politically and economically it's anglo. All the oldest continuous democracies for example are Anglo.
