I know how you can contact him. But you would never get a meeting.

Even if you do have something of import (information), there are a series of mini-interviews/searches that happen before you're allowed direct access. For me it was awkward:

1) Complete access to your email, phone records, web browsing history. No, they do not care about porn or sexual fetishes. You are expected to orally give them permission to look over them.

2) Face to face interview with liaison, followed by search of living space and all other living spaces. There will be a team that will find any weapons if you have any.

3) Search of your person before the actual meeting. All of your person. All of it. Yeah. You get a finger up your ass. No, the person doing it doesn't enjoy it.

You are expected to obey certain rules while meeting Mr. Rothschild:

DO NOT refer to him by his first name.

DO NOT touch him

DO NOT approach him unless asked

TRY NOT to look him in the eyes for too long

DO NOT attempt personal inquiries/conversations beyond what you have been chosen to discuss.

The actual meeting usually takes place while he is behind a desk. Mr. Rothschild is in full control of the conversation, and will let you know when it is over.

In my experience, it was kind of like talking to an alien. I've been reading about Reptilians ever since meeting Jacob Rothschild. I don't necessarily believe in them, but now I am certainly open-minded. It felt otherwordly. I've met Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton, and George W Bush, and Henry Kissinger. They all had something worldly about them, even if they were "magnetic" beyond what normal people are. But not Jacob Rothschild.

I am an impressionable person. I can absorb the "image" that people project. Rothschild projects an invulnerable image that has something very old and assured about it.

It is kingly, but not crass; relaxed but not rude. I believe he was the calmest "person" I'd ever talked to in my life.
