Are there any actual arguments against the NAP?

Treating people non violently unless they are violent to you is the most effective long term strategy

In any iterated game of the prisoner's dilemma where you can stay silent of snitch, where you get 1 point if both people stay silent, 3 points if you snitch and the other person stays silent (they get 0) and -1 point if both people snitch. The mathematically most effective strategy is tit for tat with the initial play to stay silent.

So the NAP is the best strategy until a relationship is about to end. So cooperate until you cut their throat.

Aggression is subjective, ranging from direct physical violence to indirect harm afflicted as a consequence of an action. Did Exxon violate the NAP by emitting CO2 and knowing that it would cause storms to be more severe and destroy people's homes? Do unregulated chemical plants violate the NAP when they don't take every safety precaution they can to prevent an explosion that pollutes the environment and harms public health? The problem with the NAP and capitalism is that it does not and can not factor negative externalities, and thus isn't a sustainable model to follow.
