FREE WILL: The Key to Human Existence

FREE WILL is the overall and underlying purpose of my message. FREE WILL is the only thing that distinguishes the human species from all other life forms. FREE WILL is the greatest characteristic of any life form. It doesn’t matter if human FREE WILL evolved over billions of years or not. What matters is that it exists and is obviously the end result of “evolution,” and nobody knows how to explain how to help the human race establish and encourage FREE WILL better than I can … ABSOLUTELY NO ONE!

But I have less than 200 followers, so how the hell am I going to help change the world if I can’t get anyone to listen to me? I can’t even keep a wife following me! Gaaaaaaawwwwwwwwd!

I NEVER said, nor will I ever claim to want to change the world. Whoever thinks that he can change the world by himself is a fucking fool! The world will not change unless the people living in the world WANT to change. But they can’t want to change unless they know HOW to change.

The Humanity Party® (THumP®) was setup and established by me … well, I was the only one of the original founders who is willing to go public … so, for all intents and purposes, it was established by me. THumP® has offered a $100,000 challenge to anyone who can make a good argument that our plan to eliminate poverty throughout the world would not work if implemented. (The excuse that no one will get behind it isn’t a viable excuse.) FUCK, FUCK, FUCK … we’ve even explained how to end child prostitution throughout the world IN A FUCKING WEEK! We offer the same $100,000 challenge to anyone who can show why this wouldn’t work. No one’s stepped up to the challenge, because NO ONE CAN! THE FUCKING PLANS WILL WORK!!!

I wish there was a wealthy person in the world who would offer a large sum of money to anyone who could present a viable plan, that would work for everyone equally and equitably, to end worldwide poverty. I would take that challenge. If the person claimed that THumP®’s plan would not work, because they really don’t want to pay the money, then I would sue the person in court by jury trail and let a jury of my peers determine whether or not THumP® deserves the payout. But I wouldn’t use a fucking attorney! Attorneys are the scourge of this world … okay, they have their righteous purpose, which is DEFENDING AGAINST ANOTHER LESS RIGHTEOUS ATTORNEY AND A CORRUPT JUDGE … and that’s about it! I would face the jury with the evidence, with the argument, with the proof that the Humanity Party®’s plan would work! I WOULD WIN, there’s no doubt in my mind!

Why am I so confident? Because I’ve known something for over 30 years: unless we solve poverty, there will be no peace and sustained happiness on planet Earth. The absence of peace and happiness is the result of the absence of the ability of people to exercise their FREE WILL.

FREE WILL. This is the key to human existence. We need to be allowed to do what our individual, singular brain wants us to do, not what someone else’s individual, singular brain wants us to do FOR THEM. That’s it! There’s nothing more to explain about human existence.

I have explained, until I’m blue in the face from using profanity, HOW FUCKING EASY IT WOULD BE TO END POVERTY AND INEQUALITY, where “inequality” is the situation where one does not have the ability to exercise individual FREE WILL.

NOTHING SHOULD BE THE BASIS OR FOUNDATION OF ANY HUMAN GOVERNMENT EXCEPT THE SUPPORT AND PROTECTION OF FREE WILL. Why? I’ve explained this until I’m fucking blue in the face … and I’m hoping that the upcoming book, The Game of Mortal Life, helps me breathe easier so that my face isn’t always blue!

TO THOSE FUCKS OUT THERE who actually believe that the U.S. Constitution was “inspired by God,” what fucking kind of god do you believe in? One who creates a fucking document that discriminates between the rich and the poor, men and women, white and black? One that establishes a fucking legal system that gives power to just ONE FUCKER (a Judge) who determines what “law and order” is and isn’t?

Okay, you scholarly ones are going to argue that the U.S. Constitution does not give that kind of authority to one person. Well, YOU’RE FUCKING WRONG! READ IT, YE FUCKS!

Here’s where the U.S. court system gets its judicial power and authority:

ARTICLE III, Section 1.

“The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.”

Okay, NINE FUCKING PEOPLE DETERMINE THE COURSE OF THE DAILY LIVES OF MILLIONS OF PEOPLE! AND THESE NINE FUCKERS ARE FAR FROM EXPERIENCED IN THE MATTERS OF THE POOR AND DOWNTRODDEN! THE POOR AND DOWNTRODDEN CAN’T AFFORD A FUCKING ATTORNEY THAT IS ABLE TO GET THEM AN AUDIENCE IN FRONT OF THESE NINE FUCKS SO HOW ARE THESE NINE FUCKS SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT THE POOR AND DOWNTRODDEN NEED! Jesus H. Christ Almighty!

The U.S. Constitution does NOT establish the law of the land.
These nine fucks establish the law of the land! And guess what? Most of the “inferior Courts” that Congress has “ordained and established” HAVE ONLY ONE FUCK WHO ESTABLISHES THE LAW OF THE LAND!

Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaah … it was this irreverent attitude of mine that got me thrown in jail for a year by an LDS/Mormon judge who admitted from her own COURT (establishing the “law of the land”), “Mr. Nemelka, it is no secret that I don’t like you.” Yep, HER EXACT WORDS!

But who has ever pointed this out? No one. Because most don’t have a clue what U.S. Constitution says and what it means. Attorneys do … well, a few of them. But attorneys who make an average of over $300 per hour aren’t about to nip that GOLDEN GOOSE IN THE BUD! Sigh …

You hear it from the ignorant all the time: “I have the right according to the Constitution!” LISTEN UP YOU FUCKING IGNORANT ONES! You ONLY have the rights that a fucking Judge says that you have, because judges have been given this power over you IN YOUR FUCKING, MESSED UP, DEVIL-INSPIRED CONSTITUTION. Try it. Go to court and tell a judge what you think YOUR rights are. Yeah, a judge will let you speak, to a point, but a simple, “Motion denied” is the most common phrase spoken by the “law of the land.”

Although law and order is important, in fact, paramount to peace and happiness, it MUST serve all people equally and equitably. There’s a difference between “equally” and “equitably.” But, of course, most people don’t understand it … so let me explain it … FUCK THAT … few read my words anyway, so I’ll attach a meme to this post that explains it.

But anyways …

The only other book that I have left to write after The Game of Mortal Life, that I know of at this point, is my autobiography. I’m going to present my life with a transparency that I don’t think has ever been given in a an autobiography. This book, called, The Man From Joe’s Bar and Grill, The Autobiography of Christopher Marc Nemelka, will give the details of who I am, how I became who I am, and what I have done with my life, and most importantly, why I’ve done what I have done.

I’ll answer the WHY now:

Because I’ve seen the world from both sides of the fence … consider the meme attached to this post. I have personally experienced the great misery that the lack of equality and equity has had on our human experience … from my OWN experience. And of course, what role capitalism has played.

I was recruited by seven of the most intelligent human beings that exist … believe it or not. My personal experience coupled with their expertise and incredible intelligence, as well as their own combined personal experiences over the years … many fucking years … has given me the formidable ability to present the message that I do to the world.

ut the more I’m rejected, the more I feel the futility of what I do, and the more I want to simply walk off into the sunset and have nothing further to do with this world.

But then …

I see children looking over a fence trying to watch a baseball game that they cannot afford to attend. I see the absence of equality and equity, perpetuated by capitalism, and I realize that I’m strong enough and tall enough to pull those children up over the fence … or get rid of the fence all together … and there seems to be no one else who can … or who at least gives a fuck enough to try.

So I will keep trying.
