Truth be told, Russia could take over, yet after Crimea they have less of a reason to, as they desperately needed a decent port, wich would be Riga. Right now, I'm personally studying IT, and after I'll get a stable job off of it, I'll get political degree and try to involve myself in politics and make some change, as there is potential, I can see it.
